When we lose sleep, or don’t get enough of it, we get easily agitated. Some things that wouldn’t otherwise affect us as much might seem like a big deal. So in order to avoid stressful situations and keep calm you need to get a good night’s sleep.

Green tea has a compound called L-theanine which relieves stress and induces relaxation. Good thing compared to other substances, L-theanine won’t make you drowsy, it will simply calm you down.
Another method you can use in order to relieve stress is practicing relaxation techniques. If you’re not sure how to do it or can’t achieve it yourself, talk to someone who might explain it better and maybe show you an example of what they do. Don’t worry if you’re not able to do it at first, like all things, it needs practice and you will surely achieve it over time.
